How to add EASY MONEY to Your Friends List

Because email providers (Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, etc) want to keep SPAM messages out of inboxes, it becomes increasingly difficult for legitimate companies to have transactional and promotional emails reach the intended recipient’s inbox. Here’s how to add EASY MONEY as an approved sender in Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL and Gmail.

MSN Hotmail

  • In the top right hand corner of the MSN Hotmail interface there are two labels “Options” and “Help.” Click on “Options” and it will take you to a menu of “Mail Options.” Click “Junk Email Protection” and the fifth choice in the list of options should be “Safe List.” Click “Safe List” and then in the “Safe List” interface simply input “customerservice@cashcentral.com.” This will ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox without interruption.

Yahoo! Mail

  • Once logged in to your Yahoo! Email account, click the tab marked “Addresses” (next to “Mail,” “Calendar,” and “Notepad”). Next, click the “Add Contact” button and enter “customerservice@cashcentral.com” in the field marked “Email.” Click “Save” at the bottom of the page and then click “Done” on the next page.

AOL

  • You can manually add Cash Central to your AOL addresses by clicking on the Addresses tab in the top menu bar (next to “Today,” “Mail,” etc). After you click on the Addresses tab, click “New” in the menu bar and this will open a pop-up where you can enter “customerservice@cashcentral.com” in the field marked “Email 1”. Click “Save” and Cash Central will now be an approved sender.

Gmail

  • Check both your Spam filter and Inbox for any messages from Cash Central. Open the message from Cash Central and in the top right hand corner of the message there is a grey tab labeled “Reply” and next to that tab is an arrow pointing downward. Click the arrow to reveal a series of message options and select “Add Cash Central to Contacts list.”

Other Email Applications

  • In the case of a work-based email account, you may never know our messages do not arrive based on criteria established by your company’s IT department, in which case we recommend using a personal email account.
  • In the case of cable or DSL provider email accounts, we suggest you peruse the “Settings” or “Options” menus or simply add “customerservice@cashcentral.com” to your address book.
